(‘Capital for Colleagues’ or the ‘Company’)

NET ASSET VALUE UPDATE

Capital for Colleagues, the investment vehicle focused on opportunities in the Employee Owned Business (‘EOB’) sector, is pleased to announce that it has received the final tranche of the consideration due from the sale of the Company’s investment in Civils Store Ltd (‘CSL’), amounting to £0.504 million in cash.

Following the receipt of this consideration and the £1.149 million received on the sale of the Company’s investment in Anthesis Consulting Group Limited, the Company currently has cash balances of £2.679 million. The Company has no debt.

The  estimated Net Asset Value per share of the Company as at 28 February 2021 was 57.96p.

The Directors of the Company are responsible for the contents of this announcement.
