CAPITAL FOR COLLEAGUES PLC (‘Capital for Colleagues’ or the ‘Company’)
Capital for Colleagues, the investment vehicle focused on opportunities in the Employee Owned Business (‘EOB’) sector, has been notified that certain shareholdings in the Company previously held in individual client portfolios discretionally managed by Castlefield Investment Partners LLP (CIP) have been consolidated into a single holding, held by Castlefield B.E.S.T Sustainable Portfolio Fund, which is also managed by CIP.
