CAPITAL FOR COLLEAGUES PLC (‘Capital for Colleagues’ or the ‘Company’)

Capital for Colleagues, the investment vehicle focused on opportunities in the Employee Owned Business (‘EOB’) sector, announces that the Company’s Annual General Meeting convened for 13.00 on 27 February 2020 was adjourned.

The adjourned meeting will take place at 8th Floor, 111 Piccadilly, Manchester M1 2HY, at 11.00 on Monday, 23 March 2020. The meeting was adjourned so that shareholders have sufficient time to consider and review the Company’s Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 August 2019 before voting on the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting. The  Report and Accounts are being posted to shareholders and will also be available on the Company’s website at www.capitalforcolleagues.com.
